A great place to have the opportunity to play, cuddle and get to know different breeds of puppies, all while potentially picking out your future fur baby. We didn’t move forward with purchasing a pup, but the experience was amazing. Great staff, clean space. Pups looked well cared for. A little on the higher end for pricing, but it looks like it’s an investment well spent, if you can afford.

The puppyies are so cute I almost cried, the staff is great there so kind, some of the dogs can be aggressive I got bitten two weeks ago , still the best puppy place ever, I recommend going here - Anna posted Friday December 5

They are very nice and welcoming. There was a lot of fell and retrial on the application part lol for me too do but finally were able to get the puppy home. Over it was a great fun working with Nicole and Steve were a great help and so nice threw the whole process.

Just got my fur baby from Puppy Palace Of Glastonbury! Best experience ever! They stayed after hours with no hesitation to make sure we found the best fit for our home. When you walk in the cleanliness and modern feel compared to other local stores was out of comparison! Clean, professional, fun, and caring! Can't thank them enough!!!!

We had an excellent experience at The Puppy Palace! They have an a large assortment of puppies to choose from and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They made it so easy! I would definitely recommend using them to find your next fur baby.

The Puppy Palace has impeccable customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable about the Yorkipoo we purchased. The staff took the time to answer all questions, they were very professional, they clearly have a passion for the puppies, and the palace was very clean. Our Champ was given a clean bill of health at his initial vet visit. We are happy Yorkipoo parents!!

I honestly don’t understand some of the critical comments I’ve read from the past 24 hours. I arrived at 9:55am before they opened and was let in while they started their opening procedures. I was greeted by the owner and an associate immediately and was allowed to look around. I have to say, of all the puppy stores in the state this was the cleanest smelling (actually did not smell any feces etc) and cleanest looking. I truly don’t understand any comments to the contrary. I saw beautiful puppies all excited, happy and relatively clean after being in their pods overnight. Yes, there was messes, but that’s to be expected, they’re puppies. Again, I was there before they opened so I got to see them cleaning up the pods, the pups and giving them fresh water etc. I was surprised they didn’t have fleece/wool squares to lay on, I do understand they can be a choking hazard but I was a bit bummed to see that. Shortly after they were opened they allowed me to interact with the pup I saw online. We probably sat with her for 2 hours while the store began to fill with families. I could see the team was a bit overwhelmed as I only saw two associates (in training) and the owner. However, the owner came to every person, greeted them and asked for their patience and understanding. It seems that people called out (not surprising as it was the day after Thanksgiving) and even their systems went down. Regardless of all this everyone in the store was greeted, explained the situation and knew there would be delay. As I mentioned we sat with the pup playing, cuddling and watching others for a good 2 hours. We weren’t in a rush and were with the pup we were considering taking home. Shortly thereafter we were able to swap puppies as there was one other we wanted to meet. While with the pups, we could see people not following the guidelines and rules the associates gave to anyone who wanted to interact with a puppy. Anna was great , the puppy was all up to date on shots and micro chip. We brought the puppy home he is very happy.!! It is very obvious that Jett was very well taken care of while at the Puppy Palace!

OMG! The abundance of Cuteness Overload! My partner an I Just got 2 Puppy's from here an they were wonderful, although it seemed like one of the lady's who got my paper work together made a mistake an gave me 2 of the same documents for just 1 of our baby's and not the other. That threw me off a bit. But these baby's are already attached to there Mommy, which I love! My baby girl Maggie-May is already potty trained to puppy pads. I was completely shocked ! Our Lil Yorkie baby which didn't have mother or dad photos , we think he is a tea cup Yorkie because of his size for the age he is. That wasn't on his tag, it just said Yorkie. They love each other an sleep next to one another . The most cutest sight to see. I love seeing how well they take care of those baby's ! It's a must go look around/play or even to be part of the family!

I bought a puppy named Rocky from the puppy palace and they were AMAZING. I believe the lady that was helping us was named Jamie and she was the best. They take such good care of all the dogs and you can truly tell how much they love the dogs. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you puppy palace and thank you Jamie for your help in getting us the perfect puppy.
